28 Day Kickstart Programme

We’re excited to announce we have launched online personal training to support you with your workouts and keeping fit and well! We perform our sessions via Zoom, Skype or whichever media you prefer.

During covid-19 many of us have taken to working out at home instead of the gym. The beauty of working out at home is less travel time to get to the gym, just put your kit on and off you go! But, it’s not always that simple. Sometimes motivation levels are low due to being stuck inside all day, it’s been a stressful day juggling work and home schooling or you’re bored of doing the same home workout. That’s where we can help!

If you’re pretty much on track with your training but know that having a regular appointment with your personal trainer will sharpen your focus then we offer single sessions and blocks of 30 minutes, 45 minute and 60 minute online personal training sessions.

For those of you who need to get re-focused with your training and healthy eating we’ve recently launched our 28 Day Kickstart Programme!

The motive8 28 Day Kickstart Programme is designed to help people who may have lost their fitness mojo and need some help getting back on track. If you don’t have much equipment at home then don’t think you can’t do online personal training, our team of trainers are very versatile and creative when it comes to home workouts and you’ll soon see the results doing online personal training will bring.

Before you start we’ll go through a complimentary goal setting session with you so we understand your reasons for exercise and how we can tailor your workouts to you.

I’m getting married in October this year and Do It In 12 was the perfect thing to help me to get into shape and look my best!
