As the Open starts on Thursday the 16th of July, we’re in a golfing mood this week! When you’re training for golf, it’s about developing a full range of movement and improving flexibility, rotation, stability and core strength. With this in mind, we’ve developed a circuit style workout for golfers.

Perform 12-15 reps of each exercise, with minimum rest between them. Once you reach the end of the circuit, relax for 60 seconds and then repeat.

  1. Cable Rotations
  2. DB Curtsy Lunge
  3. Kettlebell Swing
  4. Russian Twists
  5. DB Inclined Chest Press
  6. DB Single Arm Row & Kick Back
  7. Slam Ball Slams
  8. Single Legged Deadlift
  9. Hanging Knee Raises
  10. 30seconds Boxing – Jabs & Hooks (if you don’t have a punch bag, use light dumbbells)
