There are a lot of quotes doing the rounds in the fitness industry about making time for personal health and well being. Examples include :

  • “no one is too busy, it’s just a matter of priorities”
  • “don’t wait, the time will never be just right”
  • “someone who is busier than you is running right now”

Make no mistake about it, we all have enough time. But we must choose wisely on how we spend it in order to make the most of it. You need to ensure you’re not struggling with work life balance. After all, time is precious.

This is a key problem. Demanding positions at work or home need to be balanced with looking after the body & mind. Without this, health issues can stockpile.
