Today’s #foodiefriday is actually #smoothiefriday @tobeawarrior drinking her greens! Smoothies can have a place within the diet aiding weight loss or weight gain. If you’ve missed you F&V quota they are also great for packing in some nutrients. Try to not only have fruit in them which makes them very high in sugar but add some greens/veg, nuts, oats, protein powders. This one was made with spinach, avocado, celery, grapes and vanilla protein powder @theproteinworks
