Simple Kettlebell Workout

I don’t need to say very much about this week’s kettlebell workout. Sometimes we just want a simple life. So here’s a simple kettlebell workout to help with that! You don’t even need to complete all 3 rounds – one round should work you enough – simples!
You simply need 1 kettlebell which is suitable for single arm work as well as squatting; a skipping rope; and a step or set of stairs.
Round 1
- 10 x KB Squats
- 10 x Tricep Dips
- 30secs Skipping
Complete 5 times as fast as possible
Round 2
- 10 x KB Single Handed Clean & Press
- 10 x Pressups
- 10 x Squat Jumps
Complete 6 times as fast as possible
Round 3
- 12 x KB Swing
- 12 x KB Weighted Step Ups
- 12 x KB Toe Crunches (feet up in the air, reach for your feet!)
Complete 4 times as fast as possible
So, there you go a simple kettlebell workout which you can fit into your gym routine or do at home! Make sure you are pushing yourself whilst maintaining correct form and technique.
