This is a rowing and body weight challenge is a great gym workout, especially if you’re short on time and want a really good fat burning, cardio workout. As you are using the rower as interval training you will have a great post-workout calorie burn due as your metabolism will be revved up due to a higher post exercise oxygen consumption.
Complete the following exercises for as many rounds in 15 minutes. Log how many rounds you complete and try and beat your score in months to come.
There is nothing more rewarding than training hard and seeing your fitness and strength improve. Remember push yourself for the full 15 minutes!

10 Press Ups
100m Row
10 Squats
10 Pairs of Geckos
Although you are aiming to complete as many rounds as possible make sure you keep good form!
*Note if you don’t have access to a rower then run instead!
