When we train our female personal training clients, and some men for that matter, they often ask about toning their legs……getting the perfect pins. So, personal trainer, Kate Halsall, has come up with this Perfect Pins Workout to tone those legs…making anyone proud to wear a mini-skirt or hot pants!
Our Perfect Pins Workout is a pyramid workout can be done either as a bodyweight session or dumbbell/barbell session.
This workout is really simple, it can be done as a 10 minute workout at home, or perform at the start of a workout (after a warm up). Add this workout into your routine twice a week and in no time you’ll have a set of pins you’ll be proud of!
So here goes, ready to start your journey to the perfect pins?
1 minute Skipping
20 Pistol/Single Leg Squats (10 each leg)
30 Curtsy Lunges
40 Calf Raises
60 Seconds Wall Squat
40 Calf Raises
30 Curtsy Lunges
20 Pistol/Single Leg Squats (10 each leg)
1 Min Skipping
