If you’re looking for something to do this weekend you will be firstly relieved to know that the rain is meant to stop on Friday afternoon and stay fairly dry over the weekend, well that’s what the weather man said so don’t blame me if it continues to chuck it down.

This weekend, 31st July-2nd August, is the annual Game Fair at Harewood House, Leeds.For those of you who know about Harewood it is a beautiful location, perfect for a day out. The game fair will feature dogs, falconry, field archery, fishing, shooting & shopping so guaranteeing something for all the family.

If you have not been to a game fair or agricultural show I strongly recommend it as you get to see some great exhibitions and you can often get some great bargains, so if you’r looking for a new coat or some wellies get yourself down there.

There are plenty of healthy food stalls using free range eggs and fresh locally sourced meat so you can eat healthy and have a good walk around.
