With Easter approaching it’s safe to say Easter eggs and chocolate treats are lining the shelves of all supermarkets, corner shops and petrol stations. For many people they see it as a time to treat themselves to an easter egg or two…..“it’s Easter after all” and if you have kids it’s often hard to resist the temptation of having a nibble at the kids Easter eggs. I am not writing this blog to be a scrooge but I know many of you will be shocked by just how many of your favourite Easter eggs could seriously effect your health and fitness goals.
