Body Weight Circuit – The 50 Rep Circuit!

Here is a body weight circuit that be performed anywhere from your home, garden, hotel room or even the beach leaving you no excuse not to get your session in.
Exercises
Press Ups
Mountain Climbers
Crunches
Star Jumps
Squats
Your aim is to do 250 exercises and complete 3 sets of 250 exercises.
Ideally you should:
Complete 50 reps of each exercise, and perform 3 sets of the circuit.
If you can’t perform 50 reps then don’t worry, you can break each exercise down into smaller blocks.So for example you could do 10 of each exercise, repeat this x 5 = 1 set. Then repeat this for 3 sets.
Record your time and aim to complete 3 sets as fast as possible. Try it on a weekly basis and see if you can beat your times.
This workout is great and can be completed by anyone! If you only completed 1 set the first time work towards completing all 3 sets!
