Sometimes our days can get busy with work and family however it’s very important to find the time to train. So here is a 7 minute HIIT workout that is quick and easy to do. Focused on fat burning and developing your cardiovascular fitness it’s a great workout to squeeze in if you don’t have much time!

Complete each exercise at high intensity, that’s full on for 30 seconds followed by a 10 second rest if needed.

 7 minute HIIT workout

One circuit takes 7 minutes so if you only have 7 minutes to spare then only do one circuit, otherwise aim to repeat 2-3 times, after all if you’re going to get sweaty for 7 minutes you might as well get sweaty for 20 minutes.

Jumping Jacks
Wall Squat
Mountain Climbers
Press Ups
Step Ups
Squats
Tricep Dips
Plank
High Knees
Lunges
Push Up Rotations
Side Planks
