If you don’t think you have enough time to fit in a workout then you’re wrong! Here are some 20 minute workouts to fit in instead of lounging on the sofa watching the latest soap!
Make sure you warm up thoroughly before each workout. Finish each workout with a coll down and stretch.
WORKOUT 1
Hill Sprints – Good for speed, fat burning and fitness
Sprint Uphill x 60 sec, jog back down x 60 sec – Repeat x 4
Sprint Uphill x 45 sec, jog back down x 45 sec – Repeat x 4
Sprint Uphill x 30 sec, jog back down x 30 sec – Repeat x 4
WORKOUT 2
CIRCUIT – Good for fitness, fat burning.
A. Jump Squat x 12
B. Squat x 12
C. Tricep Dips x 12
D. Press Ups x 12
E. Burpees x 12
F. Single Lunges x 12 each leg
G. Walking Lunges x 16
H. Star Jumps x 20
I. PLank x 30-60 seconds
J. Ab Cycles x 24
Repeat x 2-3 times or as many times as you can in 20 minutes
WORKOUT 3
ROWING INTERVALS – Good for fat burning, fitness.
Row 250m as fast as possible, rest x 30 sec – Repeat x 2
Row 200m as fast as possible, rest x 30 sec – Repeat x 2
Row 150m as fast as possible, rest x 30 sec – Repeat x 2
Row 100m as fast as possible, rest x 30 sec – Repeat x 2
