20 minute workout

Meeting, children, work, too tired, travelling are just a few reasons I hear for people not fitting their workouts in. So here is 20 minute workout, yes that is all, so no excuses!

Use dumbbells, barbells for the exercises, don’t have any equipment, no sweat (pardon the pun!), the beauty of this workout is that all of the exercises can be performed without any equipment.

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds rest. Complete until you have performed 20 minutes of exercise. Remember to start with a thorough warm up, and finish with cool down stretches.

  • Walking lunges
  • Plank
  • Step-up with knee raise
  • Press ups
  • Squats
  • Skipping
  • Lateral lunges

Dig deep and work hard during this 20 minute workout for a great cardio and fat burning workout.
