Well this 20 minute HIIT workout actually took me 22 minutes but I reckon it could be done in 20 minutes if you’re a beast and maybe up to 25 minutes if you’re a little slower. Don’t worry how long it takes, just give it everything you’ve got!!
A juicy, whole body, high intensity interval (HIIT) workout which will get the heart and blood pumping and the lungs burning; great for fat burning and building aerobic capacity.
This workout is also great if you’re short on time and want a workout that will still reap benefits.
The Workout
This is 1 round, perform twice. Simple!
- 60 seconds rower followed by 8 of each burpees, push ups and jump squats
- 20 seconds rest
- 40 seconds rower followed by 10 of each burpees, push ups and jump squats
- 20 seconds rest
- 20 seconds rower followed by 12 of each burpees, push ups and jump squats

Can’t make it to the gym? Don’t worry, this workout can be replicated at home by replacing the rower for sprints.
Why not try adding one round after your usual workout for some extra calorie burning.
