The Bank Holiday is almost upon us, and hopefully that means more time to spend with your friends and family.
Trying to balance spending time with friends/family, but still fit in your training can be a difficult task so why not combine the two together and try this HIIT partner workout.
You can perform the workout in a pair, but it also works with more people each performing the exercises.
This HIIT partner workout is a great fat burning and cardio workout and will get your metabolism fired up post workout so you continue to burn calories.
Get yourself a long to a local park and give this partner workout a whirl. Mark a spot which is 30 meters away. Sprinting there and back = 1 sprint.
Warm Up
Start your workout with a couple of laps walking then jogging around the park or field. Add in knees high x 20 seconds, heel flicks x 20 seconds, side steps x 20 seconds, repeat this twice. Then perform another full lap of the park/field.
