This Valentine’s cook your loved one this great Valentine Sea Bass recipe! A tasty, healthy dish which cooks in 30 minutes and is simple to make.
What you will need
- 2 large sea bass
- half a orange, zest & juice
- 2tsp organic honey
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2tsp wholegrain mustard
- 250g ready to eat lentils (no added sugar or salt)
- 100g watercress
- parsley chopped
- dill chopped
- Preheat oven to 180fan
- Make tinfoil squares and place the sea bass face down. Mix together the orange zest, honey, half the olive oil, a crack of black pepper in a bowl and then drizzle over the fillets.
- Pull the sides of the foil in to make little parcels for the fish and place on a baking tray in the preheated oven for 10 mins until the fish is cooked and flakes easily.
- Warm the lentils up then mix with the orange juice, watercress and herbs. Serve onto plates place the fish on top and drizzle with juices from the foil! Eat immediately and enjoy!
