Many people see Christmas a time to relax and unwind the year this can certainly be the plan however ensuring you still fit regular workouts in is still important. Even if you have to exercise on different days from your normal workout routine you can still do something to keep yourself feeling great and blow away the cobwebs. Here is a Christmas week workout that can be completed anywhere so you have no excuse not to squeeze in some exercise during the festive period!
