Clients are constantly asking me what I eat, anyone that knows me will tell you im as close to a goat as humans come, all I need is my chilli flakes and I’m good to go. So here is my day on a plate
- 5am- Head straight for my morning Americano, 1 shot, no milk
- 5:15am Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs from the night before, handful of cashew nuts
- 8:45am Mid-morning Snack- 1 apple and a 25g whey protein
- 11:30am- Lunch 40g wholegrain rice, 3 stems broccoli , handful of green beans handful and kale plus 2 chicken thighs- smothered in chilli flakes
- 2:15pm- Pre-workout snack, almonds about 35g
- 4:30pm Post-workout protein shake 35g whey protein + banana (large)
- 8:30pm Evening Meal – Sweet potatoe made in the oven plus 3 x fillets of salmon with 3 peppers, roughly 1/2 onion, and a handful of mushrooms grilled.
Nothing fancy, no meal takes longer than 30 minutes to make, the key is chilli flakes!!
