As it’s ‘Back To The Future Day’ today we thought we would give you an old school workout for this week’s #wednesdayworkout. So pop on your leg warmers, leotard and leggings and get cracking with this workout. Don’t worry there are no grapevines in sight….although if you want you can choose to do them as part of your warm up if you like!
Circuit training was popular in the 80’s and it’s still around now , the reason being circuit training is a tried and tested method which is great for developing your fitness and is equally as awesome for guzzling calories and fat burning….just remember to minimise your rest between exercises.
What are you waiting for, Get Your Top 40 Mega Mix on your cassette player and get working out!
