Fancy mixing it up with your protein shakes? Try these healthy protein shake recipes as an alternative to your normal protein powder for a healthier treat.
Choco-Nut & Banana Shake
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (we prefer using whey protein)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp flax seeds
1/2 small banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
2-3 ice cubes
Add to a blender and enjoy!
For a thicker shake add 1/2 avocado!
Grape & Berry Smoothie
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup red grapes
1 tsp flax seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein shake (use whey protein)
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
Add to a blender and enjoy!
