Working out with a buddy can be beneficial – on those days one of you doesn’t want to train, the other will motivate you to do a workout. For those of you who are a touch competitive, the friendly competition might encourage you to work harder! Here is a great outdoor workout for you to try this Summer.

This plan is great to do with a friend or in a group of 4, but it works equally as well as a workout by yourself too.

If you are working out with a friend, one person should do exercise A, the other exercise B. Switch with each other and then repeat the pair 3 times.

All you need is a park or field and some enthusiasm, and there you have it, a great outdoor workout.

Remember to perform a good warm up before you begin your workout and finish with a good stretch.
