Get ready to HIIT the Beach Workout with this high-energy cardio and conditioning routine designed to boost your metabolism so that you get that awesome afterburn to melt fat and burn calories!
This is a whole body workout guaranteed to make you sweat!
There are 3 rounds comprising of 4 exercises, and each round lasts 3 minutes – it’s that simple! But you need to WORK for it. If you want that beach ready body you can’t just go through the motions. You complete all 4 exercises in each round as many times as you can in 3 minutes. So you do exercise 1, 2, 3 & 4 and the repeat as many times possible.
Round 1
- 12 x Box Jumps
- 10 x TRX Rows
- 8 x VIPR Squat & Press
- 6 x Kettlebell Russian Twist
- repeat all
Round 2
- 12 x Press Ups
- 10 x Double Handed Kettlebell Clean & Press
- 8 x Shuttle Run Sprints
- 6 x Plank Touch
- repeat all
Round 3
- 12 x TRX Squat Jumps
- 10 x VIPR Lunge & Press
- 8 x Kettlebell Figure of 8
- 6 x Walkout Plank
- repeat all
