For many people it’s often a great struggle to find motivation to train and this can often lead to frustration and failure to achieve fitness goals.

The motivation to train is a vicious circle inorder to get results you need to be motivated to exercise BUT without results motivation can soon be lost. I believe a lot of people struggle to maintain their fitness journey for a number of reasons here is how motive8 can help.

Education

There is a lot of contradicting knowledge floating about on the best ways to lose weight, gain muscle or get fitter so this can often leas to confusion and lack of confidence. This is why at motive8 we ensure that all our gym members have access to a complimentary programme tailored to their results and our personal training clients receive their own bespoke exercise and nutritional plan. This will ensure that what they are doing will get the results, Don’t forget though you have to put the effort in!

Lack of Confidence

Lets face it walking into a gym especially if you have not trained in a while can be a daunting place but one thing we are proud of at motive8 is that our little gym is super friendly as we have a fantastic member base who enjoy working out and are happy to support everyone! So if you’re looking for a place where you can swing a kettlebell with glee or achieve a personal best with a celebratory cheer then look no further!

Boredom

For many people the gym is boring and not high on their list of priorities but training doesn’t have to be boring and often adding variety can really help. So if the gym is not your cup of tea then why not try one of our classes or give a personal training a go!

Better With Support

As well as our knowledge of nutriton and training that will catapult you further towards your fitness goals having the support of a personal trainer can make training easier, having company whilst training can help you get stuck into the session and give you the motivation to push through when it’s getting hard rather than calling it early to escape to the shower.

Group Training

A lot of our motive8 members love the group training option whether its having a fellow gym member pushing themselves at the same time or pairing up with a training buddy  in the gym, this can help with motivation and it’s always great to have a spotter for those heavy weights!

As well as training in the gym a number of our clients find it beneficial to do their personal training sessions as a group – not only is it fun, but it also cuts the cost of PT.

Alongside a great atmosphere in the gym we have a great team spirit in the classes we run at Marshall Court, everyone benefits from training and pushing themselves alongside their peers. And on water breaks the banter and good humour takes away some of the pain (obviously good ) of pushing yourself to get your goals.
