What’s Your Name Workout

Sometimes it’s good to mix up your training up a little. So here is a great way of doing just that and adding a bit of fun to your workouts.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is always a great to fit into your training to help improve fitness and drop body fat.
So here is the ‘name workout’, it’s simple each letter of your name corresponds with a certain exercise (see below), which then forms your circuit for your workout. Complete each circuit 2-3 times (maybe only 3 if you have a very long name!) Have a short name? Then use your middle name (if you have one too!) Another great way of using this is with friends. Do a circuit of each persons name, three times for a longer workout!
Here are the exercises for the name workout:
A: 40 Jumping Jacks
B: 25 Burpees
C: 15 squat Jumps
D: 30 Crunchs
E: 15 Push- Ups
F: 30 Burpees
G: 15 Squats
H: 30 Squat Jumps
I:50 Star Jumps
J: 20 Burpees
K: 60 Star Jumps
L: 10 Crunches
M: 20 Push Ups
N: 3 Min Wall Squat
O: 20 Crunches
P: 30 Squats
Q: 15 Press ups
R: 1 Min Wall Squat
S: 10 Burpees
T: 20 Squat Jumps
U: 20 Squats
V: 30 Star Jumps
W: 15 Crunches
X: 10 Press Ups
Y: 2 Min Wall Squat
Z: 20 Burpees
So for example Lucy Harrison would be
L: 10 Crunches
U: 20 Squats
C: 15 squat Jumps
Y: 2 Min Wall Squat
H: 30 Squat Jumps
A: 40 Jumping Jacks
R: 1 Min Wall Squat
R: 1 Min Wall Squat
I: 50 Star Jumps
S: 10 Burpees
O: 20 Crunches
N: 3 Min Wall Squat
Repeat x 2-3 times
