This weekend is Valentines day so I offer an option for the loved up ones and the “it’s just another Sunday” crowd! Temple Newsam is holding its the Cupid Dash this Sunday. A 5k run around the grounds Temple Newsam with a hint of love!This is a great way to get in a training run or aim to beat your 5k training and let’s face it beating your partner is always satisfying !

The race is from 2pm to 5pm and you can register on the day!
