One week today when you receive the Friday Fix Lucy will be less than 24 hours away from her big flip!  I’m sure you all know that personal trainer Lucy is flipping the 75kg motive8 tractor tyre 2000 times to raise money for our nominated charity BTRS.

Lucy will be flipping the tyreon Briggate  in Leeds from 8:30am on Saturday 19th September so if you are free next week why not pop along to cheer Lucy on!
