Coconut And Avocado Chocolate Balls Recipe
Here is a healthier alternative to chocolate truffles. Although these are great to take the edge off any sweet cravings remember, these should only be consumed in moderation!
Makes 5 Balls
Each Ball – Calories 85 Carbs 4g, Protein 5g Fat 7g sat 2g
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Tbs My Protein Impact Whey Protein -Chocolate flavour (you can use other protein powders!)
- 1 Tsp Cocoa Powder
- 3 tbs Desiccated Coconut
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together in a blender (except coconut)
- Divide into 5 portions and roll into balls
- Roll the balls in coconut (add a little water if coconut not sticking)
- place in the fridge for 10-15 mins to set
To add variety to this recipe you could also add nuts or seeds.
