Coconut And Avocado Chocolate Balls Recipe

Here is a healthier alternative to chocolate truffles. Although these are great to take the edge off any sweet cravings remember, these should only be consumed in moderation!

Makes 5 Balls

Each Ball – Calories 85 Carbs 4g, Protein 5g Fat 7g sat 2g

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Tbs My Protein Impact Whey Protein -Chocolate flavour (you can use other protein powders!)
  • 1 Tsp Cocoa Powder
  •  3 tbs Desiccated Coconut

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender (except coconut)
  2. Divide into 5 portions and roll into balls
  3. Roll the balls in coconut (add a little water if coconut not sticking)
  4. place in the fridge for 10-15 mins to set

To add variety to this recipe you could also add nuts or seeds.
