HIIT Workout – Pyramid Workout

This is a great HIIT workout, based on a HIIT pyramid workout it is guaranteed to burn fat!
For this HIIT workout for the first three rounds, increase your reps by five. The last two rounds are descending numbers of reps.
- Round 1 – 10 reps
- Round 2- 15 reps
- Round 3- 20 reps
- Round 4 – 15 reps
- Round 5 – 10 reps
Exercises:
Choose the basic or more advanced option for each exercise:
Basic / Advanced
- Lunges / Lunge Jumps
- Press Ups / Close Grip Press Ups
- Burpees / Burpee Box Jumps
- Squats / Squat Jumps
Rest 20 sec between rounds. As this HIIT workout is performed for a specific number of reps make sure you use full range of movement to get the best out of the workout. This hiit workout is short and sweet, so you can easily fit into your day or perform at the start of your workout!
