Sometimes there is just not enough hours, minutes or even seconds in the day to get everything done! Often when demands are placed on us, getting that workout in can get pushed to the bottom of the pile.

15 minute HIIT workout

But, if you prioritise your workouts, we are sure you can find 15 minutes to squeeze in this 15 minute HIIT workout. Have half an hour, then do it twice!

For this 15 minute HIIT workout, you are going to put every ounce of energy you have into each exercise you do, at the end of each exercise you get a rest, before moving on to the next exercise….ready to give it some welly again!

Remember to start you workout with a warm up to get the heart rate pumping and blood flowing to the muscles.

Exercises:

1. Star Jumps touching the floor.

2. Power Squats

3. Knees High

4. Power Lunges

5. Squat Thrusts (aka mountain climbers)

6. Burpees

Round 1 – Perform all exercises x 40 seconds, rest x 20 seconds before moving on to the next exercise.

Round 2 – Perform all exercises x 30 seconds, rest x 15 seconds before moving on to the next exercise.

Round 3 – Perform all exercises x 20 seconds, rest x 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise.

This 15 minute HIIT workout is a great fat burning, cardio workout perfect for when you don’t have a lot of time.
